I am located in Everett, WA and have worked in the insurance field for the past 6 years. I began working with Colonial Supplemental Insurance Company and after about a year or working with them, decided to focus my attention solely on the needs of individuals and small business owners that are without health, disability and life insurance.
When I left my traditional 9-5 job to have children, I was surprised to find out that I could get an individual medical plan to cover myself and my girls. I was even more surprised to find out that it was less expensive to own my own plan versus going on my husband’s employer plan (about $200-$300 savings per month). This is where my determination and drive for this issue comes from. I believe everyone should know that they have options when it comes to protecting themselves.
